Strategos Principal, Chicago, IL

Strategos Principals will work with Strategos Directors (Partners) to manage and grow client relationships and engagements as we partner with our clients to develop strategy, refresh pipeline, develop new growth ventures, and jointly build their capabilities for same. The typical roles and assignments for a Principal at Strategos will include:

• Working with senior-level clients on corporate or business unit strategy development
• Leading Strategos teams and client teams in developing/refreshing growth pipelines and new venture development and launch
• Working with senior teams and organizations/departments to build an ingrained capability for continued and sustained growth
• Partnering with Strategos Directors to initiate and build ongoing client relationships
• Working with Strategos Directors, Associates, and other employees on firm building and firm development issues, including intellectual property development, new methodologies and approaches, recruiting, talent development, and service offering/product management
• Attending to additional/general firm building and management responsibilities
