Senior Account Executive
We are seeking senior level enterprise software sales executives with ‘C’ level selling experience and a rolodex to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be instrumental in the overall success and continued growth of the company. The right person will have the desire to play a key part in all facets of Business Development and will be responsible for establishing and building their territory to achieve revenue objectives. Additionally the successful candidate will understand solution and value based selling methodologies and be able articulate appropriate value propositions for the entire Innovaro solution offering at the ‘C’ level.
Key Responsibilities:
- A true hunter, managing a sales territory responsible for prospecting, negotiating and closing corporate engagements that offer a comprehensive suite of software and services including Innovation Solutions, Consulting, Information Services and Training.
- Develop and execute an aggressive territory sales plan.
- Drive and close new business while building long-term relationships within the assigned territory.
- Maintain key customer relationships, develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base of new business while expanding the footprint within existing clients
- Work effectively with Innovaro Divisions to ensure a smooth transition throughout the sales process to delivery.
- Support and promote all Innovaro capabilities as appropriate.
- Support and take an active role in Innovaro’s Marketing efforts.
- Meet regular status reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in complex enterprise software sales including professional services
- Well versed in selling to the business side of the enterprise
- Ability to negotiate and close six figure deals
- A proven and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team oriented environment.
- Ability to present value and solutions at all levels of an organization, ‘C’ suite down
- Disciplined in the use of SFDC
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline is required, MBA or equivalent preferred
- Fully conversant in Solution Selling, Consultative Selling and Value Based Selling methodologies.
