Approach: How we do what we do

At the heart of all Innovaro engagements is the transfer of leading edge innovation capability into organisations and embedding the ability to innovate successfully. The Innovaro team all have extensive experience of leading successful innovation activities across multiple sectors. We have developed and launched a wide range of new products, services and businesses. Innovaro draws on this experience in our current work which is focused on enabling and facilitating others in the delivery of innovation.

Sometimes we may lead a new development project in partnership with an organisation, but as we do so, alongside providing input to drive success, we also ensure that core innovation capability is simultaneously embedded in the organisation. Transferring capability means that next time round our support is not required: Many of Innovaro’s engagements include an identified learning stream of activity to ensure that capability transfer is recognised as a core activity and outcome.
